We are currently on the hunt for an ambitious and passionate Sales Representative (Junior-Middle level) to join our team in Belgium and the Netherlands. The role will be to proactively drive sales for the BENE market as we strive to continue meeting our ambitious growth targets.

What’s Oppizi

Oppizi is the first major multi-channel player in offline performance-marketing. We’ve built a technology that enables tracking, scaling, and optimization of flyering campaigns. We offer 3 channels, Hand-to-hand (in people’s hands), Door-to-Door (in people’s mailboxes), and Direct Mail (in people’s mailboxes via national post service). We operate in 10+ countries, the main ones being Australia, New Zealand, France, the UK, the US, and Canada. Job description

Partnering with the General Manager BENE, Operations Team, and the global Sales Team, the ideal candidate is a dynamic individual excited by the challenges and opportunities that come with working for a young and growing startup, whilst being highly motivated by the opportunity to take a grip of the BENE sales funnel.

Responsibilities

  • You will be dealing with the biggest tech companies in the world, such as Uber Eats, Gorillas and hundreds of other global clients.
  • You will be prospecting clients in a very dynamic way, utilizing industry leading tools and strategies 
  • You will build a scalable sales process to exceed critical growth metrics, acquiring business on masse, and providing exemplary service to your internal and external customers.
  • You will own the sales process from start till finish and work closely with the Oppizi leadership, reporting directly to the GM, and cross-functional teams (partnering with Operations, Product, and Marketing) to ensure the best possible customer experience and ultimately, conversion.
  • You will clearly communicate progress on a regular basis as a vital driver of the BENE businesses growth, motivated by exceeding targets and comfortable in a target driven environment
  • Being a self starter will be a must in this role, with the position requiring autonomy and accountability, working in a fast paced start up environment
  • C-Level communication knowledge

Must-have Requirements 

  • Excellent English and French (writing and oral skills)
  • 1/2y as SR in a tech company, Saas is a plus 
  • Good knowledge of Excel/Google Spreadsheet
  • An outgoing personality, comfortable talking to mid to C-Level clients in household name companies and closing deals
  • Extensive experience in CRM software, Hubspot is a plus
  • Extensive experience in lead generation, software like zoominfo is a plus

Nice to have 

  • Good command of Dutch
  • A creative flare for building sales presentations and client documents
