Job Description

We are looking for a full-time Sales Manager to join our team in NYC

Responsibilities

The right candidate will first be involved in sales and, if successful, more responsibilities will be added to their role.

  • The right candidate will be dealing with the biggest Tech companies existing, Uber, DoorDash, and plenty of other global clients.
  • The right candidate will be prospecting clients in a very dynamic US tech-scene.
  • Build a repeatable and scaled sales program responsible for exceeding critical metrics from an activity, acquisition, and revenue standpoint.
  • Own the sales process and work closely with the Oppizi leadership and cross-functional teams (partnering with Account Management, Product, Marketing) to ensure the best possible customer and patient experience.
  • Clearly communicate progress on a weekly, monthly, or at whatever cadence is required to key-stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with sales operations to analyze results, find opportunities to improve systems, processes, and programs, and ultimately drive positive change.
  • Set and monitor OKRs achievements for the US sales team

Skills/Experience

  • 5+ years of Business Development/Sales experience: an impressive track record in lead generation and new business development at all levels of clients in both smaller and very large international companies. A track record of converting clients to new ways of thinking and breaking away from their status quo. 1 or 2 year of marketing-related sales experience would be ideal
  • Project Management skills: Decision-making, organizational and time management skills.
  • CRM: Strong CRM and data/reporting management skills (preferably Hubspot)
  • Communication: Excellent writing and oral skills. Fluent English is required, a second language is highly appreciated
  • Computer Skills: Advanced knowledge in Excel/Google & PipeDrive is a must
  • Attitude: Dynamic, proactive, organised, problem solver & result driven. Must be a team Player. Self-motivation, with an ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Mindset: You have an entrepreneurial spirit/experience with a strong growth mindset
