Job Description
We are currently on the hunt for an ambitious and passionate Operations Manager to join our Team in Mexico and the US! This role is a very hands-on position in a fast-paced environment.

What’s Oppizi
Oppizi is the first major multi-channel player in offline performance-marketing. We’ve built a technology which enables tracking, scaling and optimisation of flyering campaigns. We offer 3 channels, Hand-to-hand (in people’s hand), Door-to-Door (in people’s mailbox or on their cars), Direct Mail (in people’s mailbox via national post service). We operate in 12 countries, the main ones being Australia, New Zealand, France, UK, US, and Canada. We are very privileged to work with flagship accounts like Uber, UberEats, DoorDash, Getaround, DiDi, Deliveroo, Rappi and many others.
In the role of Operations Manager you will:
- Lead, motivate, and support our operational cities in the US within a time-sensitive and demanding environment. Ongoing coaching, mentoring and support to employers and trainees;
- Liaise and coordinate campaigns. Prepare and present client reports, campaign optimization and KPI’s;
- Manage timely data collection to update operations metrics to achieve productivity targets, reduce cost per unit, eliminate errors, and deliver excellent customer service;
- Organize logistics between the cities. Work closely with legal and safety departments to make sure activities remain compliant;
- Report directly to the US Head of Operations and work closely with high-level management to determine values and mission, budget reviews, client reports, and cost plans;
- Ensure operational activities remain on time and within a defined budget. Prepare and control inventory;
- Manage and plan customer support along with the sales department;
- Recruitment resource, conduct interviews, and oversees high-level HR duties;
- Support and assist technology development;
- You might be asked to travel to the US to train, monitor, and inspect cities' operations
Must-have Requirements
- Excellent writing and oral skills. Fluent in English and Spanish
- 3+ years of proven experience in Brand Ambassador Management
- Strong experience in Excel/Google Spreadsheets
- You have an entrepreneurial spirit/experience with a strong growth mindset
- You are adaptable and comfortable with a fast-paced environment
- You are an active relationship builder who can collaborate with internal and external teams to consistently improve processes and communication workflows
- Location: Mexico
Nice to have Requirements
- Experience managing a team of contractors or employees on multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience in event & project management is highly regarded
- US visa
