Job Description
We are currently on the hunt for an ambitious and passionate Junior Operations Coordinator to oversee all the operations in Belgium and the Netherlands (BENE). The right candidate will be involved in all aspects of the business and report to the General Manager during the campaigns.
Full-Time Official Employment

Salary (yearly) gross - EUR 40,000 - 50,000 based on experience

Oppizi is the first major multi-channel player in offline performance marketing. We’ve built a technology that enables tracking, scaling, and optimizing of flyering campaigns. We offer three channels, Hand-to-hand (in busy streets), Door-to-Door (in people’s mailboxes), and Direct Mail (via national post service). Responsibilities
- Support our operations in Belgium and the Netherlands within a time-sensitive and demanding environment
- Hire, train, and animate teams of Brand Ambassadors in various cities
- Liaise and coordinate campaigns
- Manage timely data collection to update operations metrics to achieve productivity targets, reduce cost per unit, eliminate errors, and deliver excellent customer service
- Organize logistics between the cities. Work closely with legal and safety departments to make sure activities remain compliant
- Ensure operational activities remain on time and within a defined budget. Prepare and control inventory
- Post ads on recruitment websites, conduct interviews and oversee Brand Ambassadors' performances in each of the cities
- Support and assist technology development (bugs, new features, etc)
- Report directly to the General Manager BENE
This role is a very hands-on position in a fast-paced environment. It’s a mix of office/home teamwork on data (Oppizi platform, google sheets), on-the-go logistics (in a storage facility) to organize and distribute merchandise to Brand Ambassadors, and on-site monitoring of the team during the campaigns.
Must-have Requirements
- Good writing and oral skills. Fluent in English and French
- Good command of Dutch (at least B1 - Intermediate)
- Good knowledge of Excel/Google Spreadsheets
- University degree in Business or a similar field
- A process-oriented mindset
- A relationship builder who can collaborate with internal and external teams
- Located in the Brussels area or willing to relocate to Brussels
Nice to have Requirements
- 1,5-3 years of work experience in Operations or Management
- Entrepreneurial spirit/experience with a strong growth mindset
- Adaptable and comfortable with a fast-paced environment
- Experience managing a team of contractors or employees on multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience in event & project management, recruitment, and sales is highly regarded
- Driving license is a plus
