What’s Oppizi?

Oppizi is the first major multi-channel player in offline performance marketing. We’ve built a technology that enables tracking, scaling, and optimizing of flyering campaigns. We are very privileged to work with flagship accounts like Uber, UberEats, Amazon, DoorDash, Getaround, DiDi, Deliveroo, and many others. We offer three channels, Hand-to-hand (in busy streets), Door-to-Door (in people’s mailboxes), and Direct Mail (via the national post service). We operate in 12 countries, the main ones being Australia, New Zealand, Germany, Belgium, France, the UK, the US, and Canada. 

What You'll do: 

Operations: support the operational needs and supervise the field teams throughout the territory 

Strategy: assist the General Manager (GM) in implementing the elements of the growth strategy for Belgium

Human Resources: participate in the development of the Belgian team

Organisation/process: participate in the continuous improvement of the company's processes

Analysis: ad-hoc analyses and improvements (toplines, margins, suppliers, etc.)

Ad-hoc tasks: content creation, pitch/client presentation, etc.

Pick-ups: providing the field teams with their necessary materials while also giving feedback

What's required to succeed in this role:

Communication: excellent oral and written expression in French + English or Dutch

Presentation: ability to present ideas clearly and concisely both orally (reporting to GM BE/Europe) and in writing (producing client presentations) 

Analysis: ability to analyse large data sets (Google sheet)

Organisation: ability to manage/prioritise multiple tasks (one emergency always replaces another!)

Adaptability: as comfortable working in a team (multiple languages and time zones!) as in autonomy (e.g. teleworking/working from a co-working)

Attitude: dynamic, proactive, and able to achieve objectives

Bonus: having a car and driver's license

DURATION: 

Minimum 4 months, from September 2023 in a coworking space in Brussels (possibility to extend).
