We are currently on the hunt for an ambitious and passionate Brand Ambassadors/Flyers Distributors Acquisition Specialist to oversee all the HR operations in Germany. The right candidate will be involved in all aspects of the business and report to the Head of Operations. 

What is Oppizi?

Oppizi is the first major multi-channel player in offline performance marketing. We’ve built a technology that enables tracking, scaling, and optimization of flyering campaigns. We offer 3 channels, Hand-to-hand (in people’s hands), Door-to-Door (in people’s mailboxes or on their cars), and Direct Mail (in people’s mailboxes via national post service). We operate in 11 countries, the main ones being Australia, New Zealand, France, the UK, the US, and Canada. We are very privileged to work with flagship accounts like Uber, UberEats, DoorDash, Getaround, DiDi, Deliveroo, and many others.


  • In charge of the Brand Ambassadors recruitment pipeline with the local City Managers, from the first stages of the recruitment process to the approval stage
  • In charge of the follow-up of the first missions completed by the Brand Ambassadors
  • Full ownership of the relationship with the Brand Ambassadors payroll third party supplier: contract follow-up, payroll issues, terminations, resignations
  • In charge of the follow-up of the outfit inventories with local City Managers
  • Being the point of contact for all BAs’ questions related to admin
  • Recruitment resources: conduct interviews and oversee Brand Ambassadors levels
  • Support and assist technology development
  • Report directly to the Head of Ops Germany to determine values and missions

This role is a very hands-on position in a fast-paced environment. It requires you to be working on the platform (laptop) and being really proactive and organized.

Must-Have Requirements

  • Good writing and oral skills. Fluent English 
  • Good organizational skills
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Work experience from 0 to 1 year
  • An active relationship builder who can collaborate with internal and external teams to consistently improve processes and communication workflow

Nice-to-Have Requirements

  • Good command of German is a plus
  • Entrepreneurial spirit/experience with a strong growth mindset
  • Adaptable and comfortable with a fast-paced environment
  • Experience managing a team of contractors or employees on multiple projects simultaneously
  • University degree in Business or similar field
